Bardel Properties offers both commercial and vacation rental properties.  Vacation properties are on the Coast in Oregon and California. 

In Oregon we offer Woahink Lake Estate.  This is a 2 1/2 acre private lake front estate with a main house and guest house. 

In California we offer Pelican 51 in Pajaro Dunes on the Monterey Bay.  We are ground floor and have a deck with direct beach access.  There are 3 br and 2 baths. 

The Porter Building is a commercial building in Corvallis Oregon.
