After a short time as CFO for a startup semiconductor company, Del returned to public accounting where he became a partner with KPMG. A few years later he moved on to other ventures, serving as CFO or consulting CFO for a variety of early stage companies, including Accuray, Earth’s Best and many lesser known companies.

Del spent several years as CFO and VP Administration at Advanced Decision Systems. He was a key player in the merger of ADS with Booz, Alan and Hamilton.

Upon the completion of the merger, Del created Bardel Associates, providing temporary and part-time CFO services to startup and small companies as well as expert services in all domains related to financial matters.
